Location: Bulungan, East Kalimantan, Indonesia

Dayak Punan family show their The Great Argus (Argusianus argus) feather collection. Special snare was used by this Dayak family to catch this cryptic pheasant species which famously spectacular, always heard, and seldom seen. As one of a local tribe in East Kalimantan, Dayak Punan still practices hunting and gathering also sometimes slash-and-burn farming. The pheasant presence itself is highly threatened by hunting and forest degradation where most forest in Kalimantan has been converted into oil palm plantation, human settlement, mining area, and agriculture land.

Borneo: The Mushroom of Kalimantan | Jejamuran Kalimantan

I love taking mushroom pictures! They are awesome macro objects like bats with various colour, shape, size and diversity :). I did not realised I have taken many pictures of them since last year in Kalimantan. Maybe the results not even close to Taylor Lockwood professional photos, my mushroom photo mentor, but for now I just love seeing them on my screen.

First time after years didn’t go to this place for meeting friend and found most of the place improved with flower & decoration plants sellers everywhere. It looks nice but still couldn’t find place to sit in rainy days like nowadays. Forget the rubbish as well! We still found rubbish but it’s better than used to.

Yogyakarta: Studio 76 Silver Course | Kursus Perak Studio 76

I have wandering on Tripadvisor and I am stumble upon this popular activities in Yogyakarta. Studio 76, located in Kota Gede, has a silver course for beginners. The owner, Mas Agus, was really helpful and kind during the course. It was also a very good experience for me and friends. Yogyakarta: Ullen Sentalu Museum | Museum Ullen Sentalu

I never been to this place before but I have a lot of recommendation about this place from many friends. If you like Javanese history then you will like this museum. As museum lover, I really like it especially you will be accompanied with a tour guide with small number visitors. The buildings, decoration, pictures and photos also very gorgeous as well. However, taking pictures is not allowed inside the museum.

Jakarta: Senayan Archery Club | Klab Memanah Senayan

Sabotage my Yogyakarta post for this one for a while! :) Located near the largest sport stadium in Jakarta finally I joined this archery cub with friends from Goodreads Indonesia. This is second sport together we took after went to the shooting club. I did actually abusing my hand couple times but I don’t blame my hind elbow because being so un-proportional with this kind of sport. Honestly more enjoyed taking pictures the scenery and friends :p

Saya menyabotase tulisan Yogyakarta sejenak untuk yang satu ini ! :) Terletak di dekat stadion olahraga terbesar di Jakarta akhirnya saya bergabung dengan klab panahan ini dengan teman-teman dari Goodreads Indonesia. Ini adalah olahraga bersama kedua kami setelah pergi ke klub menembak. Melukai siku tangan dalam beberapa kali kesempatan karena bentuk tangan yang tidak begitu sesuai dengan jenis olahraga ini (ngga terlalu mikirin juga sih). Jujur saja lebih menikmati mengambil gambar pemandangan dan teman-teman :p

Yogyakarta: Borobudur Temple | Candi Borobudur

I never get bored with Yogyakarta visiting Borobudur and Mendut Temple. Great place with great view.

Tidak ada bosan-bosannya ke Yogyakarta tanpa mengunjungi Candi Borobudur dan Candi Mendut. Tempat yang menakjubkan dengan pemandangan yang indah.

Epic Coffee & Epilog Furniture is a combination between coffee place and furniture shop. This kinda weird but it also cool combination in the same time. Although the coffee a little bit pricey (especially the meals) but it is ok to see all export quality furnitures just like in the museum.

Epic Kopi & Epilog Furniture adalah kombinasi antara tempat kopi dan toko furniture. Ini kombinasi yang agak aneh tapi juga keren dalam waktu yang sama. Meskipun kopinya sedikit mahal (terutama makanannya) tapi oke juga untuk melihat semua mebel kualitas ekspor seperti di museum.
